Donation Requests

Hammer & Stain Tooele loves being involved in our community. From youth groups to community events we do our best to support good things in our area.  

As much as we love supporting ALL events, some months we lose count of the numerous requests.  This page is created to help us organize the requests coming from many different avenues. We do not restrict any groups from receiving a charitable donation, but preference is made to 501(c)3 organizations and especially to fundraising efforts spearheaded by return customers.  

Please include as many details as possible in your submission.  Some of the things we find helpful are:

• The type of donation you are requesting
• How will our donation be used?
• What the funds donated/raised are going toward and who will benefit
• Are you or members of your group Hammer & Stain customers? If so, who?
• What kind of marketing or promotion will your group be doing for your event?

Donation requests are reviewed bi-monthly. If we are able to help your organization you should receive a reply within two weeks.  

Regardless of the decision made regarding a donation towards your fundraising event, we are always happy to discuss hosting a benefit day or fundraiser - both options are easy ways to earn!  Your group is asked to market and advertise the event and we do the rest of the work!  Contact us at hammerandstaintooele@gmail.com to get more information on either fundraising opportunity.
